Treasury Assistant


·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/banking or equivalent.

·        At least 1-2 year(s) of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

·        Excellent analytical skills and with high sense of integrity.

·        In-charge of receiving of invoices and checking of remittances. Prepares cash deposit / remittance report. Handling general fund/ petty cash fund. Will do the bank transaction, bank deposit.

·        Performs daily cash collections receiving, reporting, balancing and posting collection payment.

·        Confirm receipt bank to bank transactions

·        Update open payments on system

·  Audit expenses from allowances and post daily liquidated  expenses.

·  Encode vouchers with deposits slip, Official receipts

·  Sending deposit slip

· Prepare of check deposits
